F. Fotiadis Constructions™ undertakes the complete elaboration of studies of building projects. From the preliminary design to the final study and the application study, the team of our engineers has the appropriate experience and know-how to successfully complete the project file.
F. Fotiadis Constructions™ consists of Engineers with experience at multinational level in the whole range and scales of building projects. With knowledge of modern architecture and the most advanced materials and technologies, we are able to provide high quality services and aesthetics. Depending on the requirements and needs of the project, we prepare the necessary studies and carry out all the procedures for the issuance of administrative acts by government agencies. The study of a project starts from its conception (preliminary design) and ends with the construction study "as built" upon its completion.
It is the most important study of building projects as it is the beginning of the idea of the building and its connection with its functionality and use. It integrates all the other studies and orchestrates all the pieces of the composition to create an aesthetic and at the same time functional ensemble which is called to accompany its users in time. The architectural study has three general phases, the conception (preliminary design), the completion (final design) and the execution (implementation study). These three phases are modified according to the size and needs of each project.
is the stage at which the central idea of the project is formed. The general composition, the external and the internal configuration are decided.
is the study that follows the Preliminary Design. At this stage the composition is finalized and the necessary modifications are made to complete the architectural solution that was judged to be the best. The architectural proposals meet the static and electromechanical study and the project acquires the bones and vessels it needs to be completed.
is the continuation of the final study where the design of the project is completed, with the ultimate goal of its construction. The aim is to create an issue of plans (details) based on which the construction can be carried out.

In addition to the Architectural study, a number of studies are required to complete the project dossier, some of which are listed below:
The above list is not binding and the project is modified accordingly.
